Order and delivery terms

Online store
La Petite Provence/Katariina Aura Oy, Auerkatu 12, 20900 Turku, tel. 0407203581, katariina.lebihan@gmail.com sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region.
Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. We reserve the right to cancel the sale if the product you ordered has run out of stock.
Online store prices may differ from La Petite Provence brick-and-mortar store prices at the time.
Ordering
Products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart according to the payment options available in the checkout service.
All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Payment and payment methods
Online shopping purchases (products and their delivery costs) delivered from the online store are paid by online payment, credit card or bank transfer in accordance with the payment method options presented on the respective website.
You can use the online payment buttons of Finnish banks offered by the payment intermediary service and the most common credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron, as well as installment payment according to the terms of the payment intermediary.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.
If you have not received an order confirmation
Please check your spam. Order confirmations are sent automatically. If your email address was correct, you will probably find the order confirmation we sent sorted in your junk mail.
Delivery methods and costs
You will receive current postage costs when you proceed in the shopping cart. Viewing does not require purchase! (I recommend this so that I don't accidentally give old information here as the discounted costs change from time to time).
You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page as soon as you move on from the shopping cart. You always get the latest information via your shopping cart.
As a rule, we deliver orders as a Posti service.
You can sometimes also choose home delivery for your postal package for an additional fee or pick up from our warehouse or Turku, depending on the product you ordered.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method and the functionality of Posti's service. As a rule, we mail products on weekdays. We will try to mail your order as soon as the order arrives.
We are not responsible for delays or deficiencies caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays.
Deviating delivery times will be announced as far as possible on La Petite Provence's Facebook pages and on the front page and/or news page of the online store, and you will be contacted as soon as possible if delays occur.
Stock situation
As a rule, we do not commit to late deliveries, although sometimes, if possible, we also deliver products with late deliveries, if the product that is out of stock is arriving in our warehouse relatively soon.
We always try to inform you as soon as possible if there are problems with product availability.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. To cancel, send us a cancellation notice and we will give you a return number or instructions to mail the package back at no cost to you. Free returns apply to standard-priced products, unless otherwise stated on the product or elsewhere on our website. Other products, other than the normal priced ones, must be returned at your own expense, but we will of course return the full price of the product if the product is still salable when it reaches us.
In the cancellation notice, you must include your name, address, order date, product and it must be sent by email to katariina@gmail.com or by post to the return address of our office below: La Petite Provence / Katariina Aura Oy, Auerkatu 12, 20900 Turku.
The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and in its original packaging, completely unused. You will receive instructions for making a return in connection with the notice or immediately after we receive it.
We accept as return costs only the costs that have come from the method of return that has been agreed in advance with us and product returns that have been returned in the manner agreed in advance and only for products for which the free return applies.
We reserve the right to charge for a reduction in value in connection with a product return if the product return has been returned contrary to our instructions and therefore the product is damaged. We reserve the right to charge the difference if the return costs exceed the costs of the return method we have instructed.
In normal cases, we also refund the return costs in connection with the price of the normally priced product. Always contact us in advance and attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to invoice for the reduction in value.
The return of discounted products is usually subject to a fee , in which case the customer pays the return costs themselves. In other respects, the full price of the product is refunded, provided that the product is returned on time, in salable condition and unused when it arrives back to us.
If, due to the return, the total price of the order falls below the possible postage cost-free or, due to a decrease in the total price, the order would incur higher postage costs than what the order was made with, we reserve the right to charge the higher postage costs corresponding to the total amount of the total order from the return, so that the postage costs of the original order correspond to the actual value of the final order.
If you want to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly.
In those cases where the return conditions have been met, we will return you the full amount due to our return conditions.
You will receive the return address when you have made a return notification.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation: lip balms and other hygiene products whose packaging does not seal the product. The right of cancellation also does not apply to a special product, manufactured or modified product ordered at the customer's request. The right of cancellation does not apply to goods delivered sealed, the seal of which has been broken or otherwise used products. The right of cancellation does not apply to quickly perishable or out-of-date products, hygiene products, custom-made products, or products that have been ordered specifically and individually for the customer from abroad.
Return of discount products
The return costs for discount products are an exception. Their return costs are at the returner's own expense, i.e. the customer pays the return costs himself if he wants to return discount products to the store.
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation.
We reserve the right to charge the applicable return postage fee + any additional costs arising from the return for an unclaimed package for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made. Please note that the actual return costs for undelivered packages are higher than the order costs you paid, as we usually charge lower postage costs for packages than the actual costs.
Forgotten pickup
If the customer has not picked up the package that arrived at the pick-up point and it has been returned to us and the customer would like the package to be sent again, we reserve the right to charge new actual postage costs for re-mailing the package. In this way, you will have to pay both the original postage costs, the return costs and the new actual postage costs.
